How does the solution work?
The H2oVortex solution is based on a physical and natural technology called an industrial vortex generator (IVG). Installed on the water circuit of a cooling tower, this device creates a vortex movement in which micro-cavitations form – small vapour bubbles generated without the addition of chemicals or external energy. These micro-cavitations have three main effects:
-They clean surfaces by preventing the formation of scale, corrosion and biological deposits.
-They naturally disinfect the water by destroying bacteria and micro-organisms.
-They stabilise water quality, allowing water with a higher salt concentration to circulate without the risk of precipitation.
The system operates continuously, automatically and without consumables, and does not require any interruption to the installation.
